1. Take Time Out
If you stay with your baby all the time, sure you will become more stressful and tired. You should spend at least 30 minutes per day for your alone time.
Ask your partner to take care of the baby. You can enjoy yourself in many ways: read a book, take a warm bath or simply watch your favorite movie.
This alone time will help you to recharge yourself and relive any tension that you may have.
2. Exercise Regularly
You should maintain a specific time of the day for exercising. You can combine this time with the time for yourself. Or you can just go out for a walk with your baby in a jogging stroller.
When your kids get older, you can involve your kids in your routine as well. All of you will when doing exercise together, will sure have healthy bodies as well as happy moods.
3. Go Outside
It is important that you can go outside regularly. Take at least 30 minutes to go to the park or the nearby lake to breathe fresh air. The fresh outside can bring you many benefits such as a happy mood as well as a healthy immune system and healthy lungs.
Find sometimes to go out to social events with your friends. The catching up time is the time for you to relieve any stress as well as sharing about mom’s experience with your friends.
4. Have Enough Sleep
Most of the moms with smaller children tend to sleep less than needed. It is because of the fact that babies tend to wake up frequently in the middle of the night to add to be fed.
In that case, take a few naps during the day when your baby is sleeping is a good choice.
Also teach your baby to have a good sleeping habit and sleep on his own so you don’t have to wake up for often during the night.

5. Drink More Water
When you are busy, you tend to forget to drink. You need to drink at least 2 liters a water each day so that your body will be able to detox and purify itself.
Drinking more water brings many benefits such as a better skin complexion, better healthcare and better mood.
Remind yourself to drink water every time you remember to do so; don’t wait till you feel thirsty.
If you find it hard to remember to drink, prepare a 2 liter bottle of water and drink it all during a day.
6. Treat Yourself After A Hard Working Day
At the end of a hard working day, when all your kids go to sleep already, it is time to treat yourself with a warm bath to clean yourself and relax. Play some good music and apply some essential oils to the bath. Some essential oils you may want to consider are lavender or rosemary oil.
It is also a good time to take care of your appearance. No matter how busy you are, don’t forget the regular morning and night routines.
